Hexacore Light weight semi trailer panels
HLM Hexacore panels is a great innovation for dry freight semi trailer bodies.
The Hexacore panels are produced with a water resistant Honeycomb structured core. Using our lightweight panels means that a total of 650Kg can be saved compared to traditional plywood bodies.
The lower weight will also result in lower fuel consumption and lower carbon emissions.

Core Material:
We are able to produce our FRP Panels with all available core materials. Click on one of the boxes above or contact us if you would like to use a different material or learn more about our core materials.
If requested by the customer, we are able to produce our FRP Panels with inserted profiles.
An example of this would be to have Aluminum or steel profiles in the floor panel for the chassis connection.
