Our XPS Sandwich panels are widely used for the construction of commercial box bodies. XPS offers a superior thermal insulation combined with a lower weight compared to PU.
Our own HLM Cargokit is also equipped with XPS panels – creating a starting weight of 380kg and ATP & C Certified.
Our XPS Sandwich Panels are widely used for hygienic wall cladding. The Thermal insulation of XPS and the Anti-Bacterial GRP skin offers a great solution for the food and medical industry.
Our ISOCore XPS Panels are available in below thicknesses – Total panel thickness depends on the thickness of the GRP
12 mm – 120 mm
Depending on the Required strength and weight our ISOCore XPS Sandwich Panels are available in 4 densities
30 kg/m3 – 32kg/m3 – 35kg/m3 – 40 kg/m3
